Our office is located at 1925 American Drive, suite 14A, in Lago Vista, a 50 minute drive north from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This lakeside resort was originally developed and incorporated in 1984, with homes, condominiums and golf courses. The Spanish name means "Lake View."  With 15 miles of Lake Travis shoreline Lago Vista becomes a great place for boating and water sports. Just 5 miles northeast is the gateway to Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, home to the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler and the Black-capped Vireo. White tail deer roam everywhere and enjoy deer corn when offered by visitors and guests. The Lago Vista Chamber hosts the annual Hill Country Dayz Festival every fall.
